Reminder that the Red Ball is an iconic part of Katamari Damacy lore, having featured on the absolutely sublime cover art for the demo version of the original game distributed at TGS 2003. 
Side note: It's super bemusing to see my scan of this art (shown here) is still circulating after all this time, old tape marking on the ball and all. I promise it's not actually part of the art, it's okay to go in and Photoshop it out!
