I'm convinced that one was made up by, like, buzzfeed or something and they've been trying to get it to catch on because I've never seen anyone who wasn't an online listicle writer use it.
I could imagine a buzzfeed quiz that's called something like "do you have skibidi toilet rizz or are you actually cheugy" or something like that. does not seem off brand
