all i did was list the factual triangle count from the game with no further context

why is sharing this objective info offending self-proclaimed fans of it so much that they continually deliver the most dunkable comebacks i’ve ever seen in my life

it's stressful and embarassing by association so much

plus one time had me blocking someone for harassing me repeatedly and they retaliated by report-bombing my account one week before my first ever live vj performance & making it so i couldn't share anything about it

this is fascinating in a way because it really doesn't matter, but gamer culture has absorbed this idea that criticism of a video game has to be Objective, so now anything with a "bad" number in it is read as "therefore the game is objectively unlikable"
