it absolutely cannot
we have very strict rules for ourselves about this (due to eating disorder stuff)
it's not a "meal" within the meaning of our personal observances if it can be eaten with snack-style grazing
we find that that heuristic rules out most of the situations where we try to get by with neither vitamins nor macronutrients
idk, if you’re getting two Boylans and neither of them are the birch beer you’re doing it wrong
I believe I would make it through exactly two of those cookies and immediately after finishing the cookie that appears to have the inside of a jelly donut on top I would simply, literally die
