been thinking a lot about the idea that "I need you" is a fiercer expression of desire than "I want you", and I appreciate the sentiment, but I've come to realize I don't feel that way. To me "need" is like a mandate from existence, a thing forced on me--I fucking HATE that! "I want" speaks not the language of need but the language of craving, and craving? Craving is a desire so fierce it overrides need. Craving is the sweet freedom of total reckless abandon, craving is the triumph of lust over necessity
