There's a lot of talk about which touhou girl is the best or most powerful or cutest or whatever, but I'm here to ask the important questions:
Which touhou's outfit is most loudly flagging that they're a huge lesbian? Who's look was specifically designed to let everyone else at the club know that they're both gay as hell AND interested in any girls they meet? Who's outfit isn't the cutest or the frilliest or the most over the top, but rather the most capable of causing the mirror neurons of the nearest dyke to activate hard enough to get them to walk over and start kissing them with tongue?
Hecatia looks like she just bought her entire outfit at the nearest hot topic, and I know lesbians who dress like that
Raiko is a drummer who looks like she just finished her set and wants to invite you backstage her look is so butch it's incredible
mokou looks like she's dressing extra butch specifically to piss off the nearest high femme and try and get her to come beat her up. Which she is canonically I think
there's a lack of High Femme looks here but I'm not as much of an expert in who might have the most "cruising for lesbians" fem looks so feel free to suggest things

Meira doesn't look like she's trying to say she's gay with her outfit to me. But it actually worked in game. Her whole boss intro is Reimu asking if she is hitting on her so... there's got to be something there.
