Made this small attachment that I could use on his belt but I’m not sure if I actually want to use it as it’s not cannonand it’s a little bit longer than I expected it to be I would really like to have some people’s opinions on if I should use it for the cosplay or not

This is a massive update becuase there’s a bunch of small things I’ve finished that just kinda piled up lol. So far we have the shirt sleeves altered to how they should be properly the seams are visible but I like to think it gives it that tailored vibe and I also finished the strip of fabric that goes up the vest all I need to do is finish the curved pieces to sew on and the vest will be done! I also after pulling a all nighter I finished the Rapier Rogier uses it isent fully accurate as I kinda free handed the gold scribbles that are on the blade and handle but I’m very happy with it I also used some clear nail polish on the vest buttons to give them this blue/purple shine which I think looks pretty tho it’s hard to see on camera and I also remodeled and printed the belt buckle charm thingys Rogiers belt has and am almost done the belt which I’ll add a photo of when I’m done. This project feels like it’s getting closer and closer to finished and I’m so excited to wear it to fan expo in February! School starts again next month sadly so I’ll have less time to work on this but I’ll get it done soon hopefully I will take a short break to work on my Halloween cosplay of my dnd charater tho but that’s simple and will take around a week or 2 to finish :) I also need to dye my hair next month to try and make sure I can have the red to blue hair for Halloween but also by natural brown hair for this cosplay in hopes that the semi permanent dye goes away in time lol my computer decided that it was done with bullshit recently and it’s hard drive died yesterday which fucking sucks ass mainly becuase now I can’t play Elden ring which has been my escape for a while now for who knows how long and I pretty much lost almost all my files which includes stupid screenshots and some pretty Elden ring photos I took becuase I couldn’t get them backed up and didn’t know my computer would kill it’s hard drive yesterday lmao my dad says that he’ll help me get a new hard drive soon though and hopefully set it up once we get it as idk much about computers lol at least my phone still works :D

It’s been a while since I posted a update as I haven’t done much recently becuase I got a kitten and I wanted to work on the green part of the outfit so bad but I didn’t have any pattern paper but I finally got some today and I finished this part today too! I just have the bottom strip done as I did it by hand and I was too lazy to actually bring out my sewing machine also I didn’t goof up measuring the fabric this time I just didn’t have a long enough piece so I worked with what I had I’m so happy with it rn and I could care less about straight stitches like this isent for a contest this is for my pure happiness and joy so yippie! I’m going to work on the next long strip when I have some time tomorrow possibly so yep hopefully it doesn’t take too long as I have another sewing project due in October which will delay my cosplay progress a bit but it’ll look awsome I might post updates on that too possibly but anyways have a photo of my kitten too he’s a little menace ALSO IRON ANY FOLDS IN YOUR FABRIC IT MAKES SEWING IT SO MUCH MORE EASIER JUST ME BRO

I love the very normal urge to whip out my sewing machine and make a mock up of a pattern I haven’t even made yet and still haven’t gotten a single measurement for while it’s very late at night lmao I might make a pattern tonight possibly and see what happens and hope I figure out how the fuck to do this or just be a normal sane human and go to bed after 30 minutes of Elden ring so then that way I can start to fix my sleep lmao
