getting into bed at ten kind of owns. i've had a lot of time in the day in case my adhd or anxiety clams me up and the time i use to crunch stuff isn't, like, going into 3-4am
and not to fall asleep at ten. my restless legs syndrome is terrible; it won’t let me do that. i'm trying to fall asleep at midnight and to do that i need to let my body wind down
