she/her, 29, low resolution brain goblin, prolonged Cinema-Media-Arts and Polisci undergrad, ongoing Gender Situation. Asuka for short, Asukapaper for long, and Jill for real
Discord ID: asukapaper (they took away the funny numbers, curses)
shoutout to the guy on the Tal server who sends me a dm about his campaign every two months or so. you are the discord jumpscare king
i used to try to temper him on his encounter design, but eventually i gave up and he just comes in being like "oh man, look at how owned my PCs got this session"
it's like the discord equivalent of a dude on the regular commute going off because you engaged him in meaningful conversation once. i provided some good advice on how to begin his campaign and balance challenges, and he's still been going at this one game since last spring (they're having fun by the sound of it, weird and adversarial as that fun seems to be) so ig he sees me as his cyberpunk oracle of delphi
which is, like, not great. i wish dudes in that community didn't either discredit my system mastery, ignore it, or in this case fetichize it. thankfully he's harmless, but you'd think he'd have a close friend to share his excitement about the hobby to, y'know?
Giving him the slimmest benefit of the doubt and guessing that's he's a lonely teen.
Which gave me a horrifying flashback to the time one of those DMed me five minutes after joining a pbp game to ask if I wanted to eRP.
actually, this guy was like "oh man are you going to gencon?" once and like uuuhuuhhuhuuuhuhggghuggughguhugug
