There's a couple'a things I need to know

to get my master post, my Magnum Chopus, drafted and posted. If there is a formatting wizard who could tell me the answers to a number of questions I'm too damned stupid to work out on my own, please advise, because this post... oh my goshness, it's going to do SEVERALS once I can transplant it from my brain to the masses.

Things I need to know:

How do I embed images into my post
How do I make like... little boxes to section my post. Like little sub-units of self-contained post within the post, that would themselves contain the images and some text. Boxes with a specified background color, and rounded edges, ideally.
