Midge and two other PCs died today. We failed to retreat on winning initiative in the face of three ghouls. Forgot they have three attacks a round from claw-claw-bite. Each of those can paralyze, so it was a slaughter. The wizard and half orc got out alive and now i'm thinking about my next pc
