I do respect the game gives V a great deal of capacity to say no, back off, or turn an offer down. That’s CRPG 101, which the game struggles to be in the tradition of but can sometimes stick the landing on what you’d want or expect from it, but it helps dumb bitches like me who want to sample every side objective but are going to hit some kind of limit one way or another
