I know there's a whole culture around things like steak but please stop with the insults against people who prefer it with sauce or well done. For some it's just a matter of preference, but for others (like me) it determines whether or not I can actually eat.

I have so many weird little things about various foods. Can't handle soup or stew, can't do just meat. It's a late realization but I had some chicken and roasted potatoes today with some sauce on the side to dip it in and it almost blew my mind. There's so many foods I've avoided or been unable to eat because of these "rules" or little comments people make. Why does it matter if I need some sauce with it? The alternative is me limiting myself to safe foods or ordering pizza again.

There's a whole world of food out there I've just grown up hating because having a little sauce with it was "unhealthy" or "weird."

Point is, getting food in you is way more important than any rule someone tries to put on you.

There's more thoughts in my head but I can't nail them down into something coherent.
