This morning I managed to take a shower, eat breakfast, and pack a lunch. Probably don't seem like much, but this is the first time I've done all three in at least 2 years. Most mornings are none or maybe I take a shower.
It may not be much for other people but it's huge to me. I have been having nothing but an energy drink for breakfast and food from Casey's for lunch nearly every day since the fall of 2021. Went from showering every morning to maybe twice a week.
Mental health is fucking hard, so I'm taking my little victories. I'm sitting here ready to cry because I had a bowl of cereal this morning and a pretzel dog and grapes in my lunch box.
