you can just leave out the nuts, I don't like them either. Really good with the same amount of dark chocolate chips instead too
My partner and I followed a recipe we stumbled upon on the back of a bag of flour and have had pretty good results with it! We didn't add any nuts, and the bananas weren't ripe, but we liked the results still.

Her recipe does have nuts but you can skip them. (Also I have made this with butter, olive oil or a combination of the two when I don't have coconut oil and it's still great)
