Had another quarterly all associates meeting today and our GM would've been better off just going up in front of everyone and shoving his whole foot in his mouth.
When asked about appropriate compensation and how it affects morale, his response was, "This is America. You don't have to work here."
Curious to see in the coming weeks how many people will... not work here.

That coming out in the same meeting where he claimed losing half our engineering team had nothing to do with the company's culture and notifying everyone of a change requiring us to use our PTO for every absence.
