Hell of a move for that supervisor to say they aren't going to move forward with a potential team lead postion for someone because they're trans.
I'm supposed to be out on the floor helping do some rework, but my hands are shaking from anger right now.
Unfortunately I did not hear it myself and the person who did hear it likely isn't taking any action. This fucker already got away with calling employees "special needs" and now he'll get away with this too.
