2 years worth of a revolving door of bosses. 2 years of having to train them how our most important product is made and the intricacies behind its production.
And yet, I get word that they made a modified copy of a print and put it on the floor. No document control, no running it past an engineer to check for errors. It's absolutely riddled with little errors. Now I get to be the asshole for calling them out on things like this again. At this point I don't even know if they could tell me what a quality management system even is.
Okay that's my one work rant out of the way for the day.
