Today I will use my daily complaining about work allowance on a bit of schadenfreude. I always assumed I was never all that good a supervisor, but seeing the revenue dropping every month and having employees asking if I can go back to being their boss sure is telling.

Who'd of fucking thunk it? Listening to employees and respecting them gets more done than berating them for being "lazy" and wasting time moving tables and shit around trying to squeeze out every little bit of efficiency.

Edit: this is not hyperbole. They are literally about to spend thousands of dollars to move the wave solder machines 10ft (3m). They'll have to redo all the electrical and ventilation. Then there's dealing with moving a machine where just the solder in it alone is 2000 lb (~907 kg).
