For finding roommates, I would start by asking friends you know in the local area if they have any suggestions. You can also make social media posts about it. Sometimes it can also work where you get the apartment under your name and then look for people to room with you (instead of looking for people who have an open space already).
I wish I had better advice for you on roommate-hunting, everyone Iāve ever lived with has been someone I knew prior to going in on a lease. Iād start by asking around to your local friends if they are looking for a roommate or know anyone who is, or put up some social media posts about it to cast a wider net.
