So, hey all; I don't normally do this with my site posts but this is a pretty big one for me.

I'd been sitting on this VOD for years now and, as part of an unintentional trend this past week, rediscovered that I still had it to hand and hadn't done anything with it yet.

First and foremost, if you're an artist or creative of any kind, I strongly urge you to watch the video linked in the post and also below, for convenience.

Even if you're not especially creative, there's a lot I lay bare with regards to what goes on behind the scenes of my work; the case examples I talk about are rather old by now, but are still comparable to some of the day-to-day projects I take on when upgrading or maintaining my operations in the background.

If you're interested, I wrote a short-ish analysis of my current feelings around the [main reveal] in the talk, which is in the linked post above, and I think you might find interesting if you've been following me for any amount of time.

I really hope you'll enjoy it, as I poured a lot of myself into this project back in the day and it's frankly rather uncanny how much of it still applies to my work to this day.

Please share it around if you think others might find it interesting too.
