I'm gonna be real with ya, almost zero proper Pokemon lore applies to my loosely-cobbled sets of narratives and settings. Elmira's effectively three types, and Rachel's more based off of Darkrai as he appears in Pokken than in the mainline games or even the anime.
I have also never played Gen VII, and have become so disillusioned with the franchise with Gen VIII and Gen IX that I have little to no intent or interest in adding their respective gimmicks to my lore.
