Such a shame, traffic officer Iva (license plate: MUSSELS) and the racer codenamed "Sea Breeze" have both met tragic ends in a 200MPH head-on collision! Both cars tumbled into the sea and were completely torn apart by the impact, leaving the question of whether the cars had any unconventional modifications up to baseless speculation. Scuttlebutt is they don't have a body for the racer and can't even find the cop, they just want the public to assume police are tragic figures that are ultimately invincible
All events gold-ranked; glad the singleplayer still works, looking forward to switching to a game with flawless pause/retry functions that runs at 60FPS out of the box. Story aside, this one was still pretty enjoyable as a chaotic arcade racer; I think ultimately I prefer something where the focus is more on driving well, but I'd still say it had a very good run
