I've mentioned this on stream before -- the Venmare project started as ambitions for a stickerset and a VR world. I figured "why not put a little more effort into designing characters for the stickerset", now I'm (counting sketches) 19 in, I've developed a central cast of 7, and I'm only ramping up from here. The irony is I recently took inventory of the amount of remaining stickers involving other characters and it's like, 2 or 3, the rest were originally envisioned as just me by myself
