One of the highest-ranked Cybers is a mysterious individual named Paradigm. This powerful entanma has the ability to perceive and move in more than 3 dimensions, and she can manipulate the very fabric of space itself to suit her whims. Her overall physiology resembles that of a Wenvel, an elf-like creature with prehensile hair, which some old stories allude to the existence of; however the homeworld for this species is not known.
Called by such titles as "the Cyber of Conspiracy", Paradigm administrates a sprawling intelligence and surveillance network known as PROVIDENCE, which monitors numerous universes, helping to coordinate the Cybers' activities across all of reality. Paradigm is also one of the select few individuals allowed regular audience with The Cybers' mysterious unseen Leader.
The PROVIDENCE network appears to have come into existence relatively recently in the history of The Cybers - sometime within the past 50 years or so - suggesting that Paradigm was assimilated within that time frame. Public sightings of her have been few and far between, to the point where despite her importance to the enemy she is often not initially recognized by non-Cybers; however all Cybers know to deeply fear and respect her, and those unlucky few who have fought against her firsthand know what she is capable of.
