there isn't a way for us to proactively tell you if you have it or not because that's not how our feature flags work BUT if you go into your project settings page and DON'T see the "Asks are being rolled out" message, you should be able to enable them!

QUICK NOTE: if you send a non-anonymous ask from a locked account, your account's username and icon (which are considered public) will appear on the ask. this is intended behavior, although we will be adding a note to the ask page to indicate this will happen.
