Like, when I get changed for bed, what does my cat think is happening? Is she aware that I wear clothes?

When she sees me getting dressed is she like "He's doing that weird thing again. Why does he get tangled in up sheets all day every single day? How clumsy is he? I can get out of sheets really easy. Idiot."
