that's a cold take, most people don't like it/its. maybe read up a little bit about why people choose it/its... it's not about either of those things.

me too, but then another trans person gave me the "objectification" line and i kinda got discouraged from expressing that part of myself for years. it seems like you understand reasons for why someone would use it (indifference to gender is very valid, and a lot of people use it/its as a affirmation of non-participation).

hi, i made this post bc this take is kinda the conventional attitude to it/its pronouns [gestures around to society at large] and i wanted to bring the opposite energy of love and affirmation to ppl who vibe with it/its pronouns, and for this reason this comment isn’t super appreciated on this post. i hope you understand where i’m coming from.
heck yeah, it's the best pronouns!! It doesn't fit me (but i wish it did) but i'm always really happy when one of my friends switches over, it's just a lot of fun 😄
