I think the craving, yearning to be treated like this is something that's easy to be afraid of. What would others think, etc, but underneath all of that social conditioning I think the most uncomfortable part of petplay, for those who find it disquieting, might be acknowledging that humans are just animals. We're not at the top of the world because we got addicted to tools and learned how to pump energy through copper. We're just animals~ we're spirits in a body just like all the other meat creatures. Lots of thoughts on this.
Also having dog headmates is amazing sometimes. Especially meeting someone who knows we're plural, it's like they hear the (metaphorical) doorbell ring and run up to front all excited to lick and bark and play. We love you, doggos. <3
