YOU TELL ME!! i mean the aesthetics of having permanently black glossy lips cannot be ignored but my brain keeps short circuiting thinking about all the subtle reminders that part of your face is a different material entirely, inorganic, stretchy, squishy and smooth, still able to resemble skin cause the rubber bunches up in a similar way so it doesn't look too unnatural, it's not until you get up close and realize the creases are too close together, too round and regular to be skin, but at that point the smooch is inevitable

you know you can do this with a regular pair of lips right. you can just suck on someone's forehead
