See, the Barrett administration really blew it when they limited ICBC to just doing car insurance instead of blowing every private insurer in every sector in BC out of the water and then eliminating civil litigation (strictly speaking) by replacing it with the most comprehensive insurance scheme ever encountered by humanity. 🙄
