I haven't thought about it all that much but I do have a few that come to mind!

Syl'va, although she ran away from her duties of communing with the Dragon Gods, still takes a moment to respect them during what is essentially their religion's version of Easter. (perhaps a little funny, for a lack of better word, since Syl'va herself is the reincarnation of one.)

The Firbolg Village holds a Festival of Dancing Stars around a few days after the in-universe equivalent of Christmas, where the town is decorated by thousands of fluttering lights, which lasts until the turn of the next year. Meemo is the head of the decorating committee for it what with him being the starlight bard. It's also a busy time for the bakery and the other eateries in the village since they all chip-in to cater food for it.

Kuma likes to celebrate the international day of flowers especially since all the flowering trees planted in and out of the city blossom all at once that day. Since the city he lives in is known for its speciality in magic, there's also a dedicated holiday for that, though Kuma has mixed feelings about it due to his own frustrations over his mysterious magical inability.

There's also a music and dance festival that Tahi, Kuma, and the jazz trio enjoy, it also hosts a citywide dance-off(and occasional surprise fighting tournament... Much to the dismay and/or delight of the participants.) Tahi usually just watches the event from the sidelines since they still aren't quite comfortable with dancing in front of others though perhaps someday!

That's pretty much all I can think of for now, though there is still the standard in-universe equivalents to real life holidays (Kuma avoiding Valentine's like the plague)

Thanks cobalt! It sorta depends, though a lot of times I tend to use the zodiac and figure out which signs suit my ocs the most and then kinda pinpoint it from there! For Kuma, I also tried to pick a date that was closest to the usual cherry blossom season times since blooming flower trees are one of his favorite things, so I ended up landing on April 10th for him. Tahi's being September 21st on the other hand, was pretty much solely cause of the song September by Earth Wind and Fire going with tahi's love of dancing, though Virgo pretty much fits him well anyway!

As far as inspirations go, I don't really have that many truth be told, at least I don't think I do? I guess Toby Fox is pretty much the big one for the longest time (and I mean back since Homestuck days), though it wasn't until deltarune first came out that I became motivated to really try. I think I've only written like one other thing before that? Sometimes, it's pretty much just me listening to certain video game music that I grew up with or really any song I get attached to and going "oh man I wanna write a song like that!" (usually referring to the general vibe, structure, and/or genre etc.) So I guess it depends at the time. For Sigvaldr's theme specifically though, I was reminiscing about my grandpa when he was still around and living with us. I'd often hear him playing guitar in his room when i was little and it was always so soothing to listen to. As far as I can recall, it was all improvised too, so I wanted to try and emulate that here. I'd say he's a big inspiration as well, the more I think about it.

Kumanta - Probably Pink Yoshi and both Bowsers.

Tahimik - alternates between Peach and Rosalina. also Luigi sometimes since they relate to him.

Pimento - Despite knowing his painting powers are used for chaos they can't help but admit, he's a good artist! so Bowser Jr. and also maybe inkling.
