thinkin about them again. they were my ocs for a dnd storm king's thunder campaign i was in a couple years ago, though they were originally for a storybook concept i had on the back burner. Kiri wasn't made until the game proper but it didn't take long for me to become attached to the lil guy and for Tirielen to start acting like a parental figure towards him.

something that always takes me aback without fail is that whenever i make an oc that's like 7-8ft tall, I can never really process just how big they really are until I have them standing next to someone at average height. like i look at Roa here compared to the birb bros and I blurt out "good god he's fuckin massive!!!!" as I plummet into a rabbit hole of implications/consequences like: "the house and furniture must be huge...", "how big even are the pastries and bread that he makes every day???", "Is his hitbox gonna put him at a disadvantage???" "Maybe he'd be a zoner to compensate?" etc.
i'll probably make a proper post about my baker firbolg family at some point down the line? (cause there's a lot of em💦) but for now here's some doodles of the eldest son Roa, cause I love him too much and also his hair's really fun to draw
