Figuring out how to find and mess with RAM values and going mad with powerdicking around with Action 52. I'm having some curious results so far on Cheetahmen:

-They specified a health bar be drawn in this game, but 5/6 levels don't have any graphics for it. The only reason it shows up in level 4 is because the sprite graphics table is pretty big there. Even then, it's just a tile of White Rhino's foot that ends up used.

-If you manage to kill any of the bosses by landing the killing blow through regular body collision the game softlocks. Normally they just disappear with the regular particles from defeating an enemy, but doing this to White Rhino while he's charging to the right turns him in to a climbing Hercules.

The former I'm probably going to stuff on TCRF sometime, but the latter I've only managed to do because I put my HP to 255 and facetanking everything in the level. With 4 max HP and an entire stage to get through before any boss, there's not much leeway to pulling it off legit.
(I also disabled the invisible health bar because trying to make 255 sprites chugs the fuck out of the game even if they're all invisible. That's why you don't see it in that screenshot, because savvy viewers may recognise that as being level 4.)
