Heya! I'm Behemoth, and I'm a big ol' nerd. Professionally, I recently became a web developer, but I used to work at the Pike Place Market. FFXIV, JoJo, One Piece, Gundam, etc.

Ahhhhhh, fall is truly here. The leaves are turning, and it's nice and cool even when the sun is shining. Love this time of year.

Back at work now, that break was exactly what I needed. Got a ton of stuff done yesterday, I feel reinvigorated. It really helps to get out of the apartment and go somewhere, y'know. I hate the feeling of being in the office and then at home with nothing else going on.

Been thinkin' about my potential move... it really is a much better place for me to live... but I can't stop worrying about the commute. I could definitely work from home more, 2 days week at least, but... I worry that I'm just replacing one problem with a different one. Will I actually get out more and do things? I suppose the only person who can decide that is me.

Anyway, I really need to find a new game to play. I've gotten kind of bored with Sea of Stars, and Artificial Dream in Arcadia is a nice backup, but I want something more substantial to sink my teeth into. Very tempted to pick up Lies of P... but hearing about how heavily parry-focused the combat is really puts me off. I was really burned by Wo Long earlier this year, bleh.

What I really want to play are two games that aren't out yet: the Mario RPG remake and the new Dragon Quest Monsters. The latter especially, I played the demo and it has a bunch of cool systems. I haven't played one of those since Joker on the DS, which was... not great. But I absolutely loved the original ones on the gameboy. I was so sad that we never got the 3DS remakes of those in the US.
