Heya! I'm Behemoth, and I'm a big ol' nerd. Professionally, I recently became a web developer, but I used to work at the Pike Place Market. FFXIV, JoJo, One Piece, Gundam, etc.

Appropos of this post, I decided to watch Andrei Rublev this weekend.

I've been meaning to watch it for years, someone I follow on tumblr was obsessed with it for a while and rb'd a bunch of really cool gifs. Now I have a reason!

But I will never understand why sometimes I can get like a nice 2160p torrent of a two hour movie and it's like... 8gb, and other times I get a 1080p torrent and it's like 37gb. And the torrent next to it in the list, same resolution, is 3gb.

I mean, it downloads so fast that I don't really care, and certainly have the room for it, but it's still weird. Is the sound/picture really that much better!? It's not even one that's like a BD rip where it includes the special features, it's just a video file!
