I think Gravis Cathoderaydude mentioned using a mechanical pencil to fix CPU socket pins, this came in handy here, too. Ordinarily, I wouldn't buy a physically damaged motherboard, but the NZXT N7 Z390 is so damn rare, I honestly had doubts it was even physically released.
