yeah we caught that one basically by accident! we were going to watch TV and then we ended up watching that instead
Mario Shuffler was great. BS Zelda was excellent as well. Still trolling through them myself.
Still have several to watch on my end and didnt watch that many, but
- TWEWY was a fun 3-hour RPG run
- Metroid Dread was a very fun race
- one of the mario romhacks, Brave New World, was an absolutely fascinating showcase of weird shit in the SMW engine - more of a cool showcase than a coherent hack but it was good vibes
- Neon White was fantastic as you'd expect
- FEZ was cool though nothing mindblowing as someone who's watched one or two runs before, there's A cool trick that they explain in it.
- Powerwash Simulator was a cute run that's worth checking out a bit of i think.
unevaluated but on my to-watch: outer wilds, pac-man 2, worms armaggedon, kirby air ride, metroid prime 1+2, trackmania, mario shuffler, UNSIGHTED (expecting it to be as sick as the past runs ive seen), DS2: SotFS, and Pokemon Arceus
yeah it was second to last of the event so i don't think they have it up on youtube just yet
update 1: hitman blood money is a classic fun good vibes self-commentary 30 minute run, pac-man 2 was also good and met my expectations for weirdness. worms indeed was fun but kinda repetitive as you probably observed. o7
update 2:
- unsighted wasn't a great run for the runner but it was still unsighted and there's a newer route for getting into the factory area that's p cool
- arceus a great hangout run as always signaled by any run Keizaron appears in
- trackmania was cool though mostly fairly normal-looking tracks and i still don't... get the two-player co-op idea lol
- kirby air ride and mario shuffler were exactly as expected
- portal (airboat%), msushi always does fun runs
- powerwash simulator (strangely soothing)
if you like kaizo mario:
- brave new world, a sort of tutorial romhack, so the game is a little easier to follow
- elephants snakes and crocodiles (just swag)
i like platformers, so i enjoyed
- spyro2
- super mario galaxy race (but god this one is long)
Haiku the Robot was really great! The runner KEPT SNEAKING IN HAIKUS WHILE COMMENTATING THE RUN it was incredible
