On the one hand maybe the specific imagined sensation of plushies being swallowed might be it.
Or the mean stuffing from a gal who wants to fill your belly with cute soft stuffed animals, intent on making it uncomfortably full for her enjoyment.
Knowing that the mountain of plushies she had is in you, and god does she like seeing you squirm and whine and huff, barely seeming to care about you at all in that moment.
Basically maybe it's not the actual swallowing and more the treatment and end result?

Hehehe~ this is very nice. I admit on object vore I'm mostly only interested in someone gulping down something large enough to clearly show within their belly from the outside (flatscreen TV anyone?) but I'm an extra weird weirdo ;) This is really nice though and pushes some buttons I have that are rarely pushed =u=
