it can happen to all cows. bloat's just a thing that affects all of us if we don't take good care of all our stomachs.
Ya I've heard about it - ya 4-stomached balloon creatures... maybe he munched on some clover in his lawn without looking too closely...
either way he's the only cow I've seen who takes flight whenever he starts getting gassy.
that's why the rest of us get heavyset, it helps offset the buoyancy. but i've also got the tail'o'snake for. y'know.
mooring
He's pretty heavyset too, I mean the couch bows when he sits on it... That gas must be some tremendously lifting stuff to carry him off like that.
must be the guts' microbiomes or somethin', then. he's got fizzy lifting gut bacteria or what have you
Sucks to be him I guess. Have I mentioned he does the same thing when he eats dairy? What a dork balloon.
i'm sure it happens when he eats a great many things, if it's his guts and their contents at fault. seems they're more effective at converting food into buoyant gases and stored fats than they are converting it into calories
that would explain a lot. sometimes if i'm near him in a quiet room i almost swear i can hear a faint bubbling and gurgling, nonstop. he must constantly be percolating with buoyant gas.
all cows are doing that to an extent, he's just making buoyant gas, rather than the more traditional alternatives.
try usin' him as a cauldron one of these days, might get some good results.
he seems to get worse over time, linearly gassier over the years. I ain't gonna do anything about it.
that seems normal enough. I manage to shift it all to the bulltaur shape personally.
