i really have leaned into becoming a tea time type of motherfucker. futon and i take a break from work and brew tea and make a little snacky snack and just chat for a lil bit. today we made tuna salad and had more of that crazy good vanilla rooibos/blueberry blend. a little cream and just a teaspoon of sugar and it's like drinking blueberry cobbler. it's awesome, you guys gotta try tea time.

it's funnnnn and so many mints and it's whole family of plant are really easy to grow
mint tea has done me so well especially in times of inflammation relief and yucky tummy time
