Visiting my folks on Vancouver Island which means I'm doing my annual check-in on network television. Tonight I caught a couple episodes of Total Drama Island plus one episode each of Batman: The Animated Series and Superman: The Animated series, which is a good head-to-head to have if you need a great representation of "Gooner Horny" versus "Crushed Velvet Smoking Jacket Horny".

Also TV ads have gotten so much shittier. Every commercial break will have a set of 2 or 3 super-short ads that'll repeat at least twice over the single break, which is so insanely annoying that I have a hard time believing anyone actually believes they'll convince people to purchase Products or Services.

Also I've been using one of my dad's beefy PCs to play games which is great except for how when I launch Battletech it obviously also launches Steam and Steam REALLY wants to let me know that Magic Pussy 1 has just released which gives me a fun real life quicktime event to complete every time I want to game out
