the model that they used for derivations of the Main Guy in that game/video absolutely has a porn model. i can't confirm it but the facial topology of that model looks so identical to a model of Bill Andersen (the dad from Pixar's Inside Out) that I have absolutely seen nude and dick fully out in Daz3D-esque renders.
I just assume it's probably a model that's easy to grab from some sort of popular library that has been tweaked slightly. Pure guesswork on my end but the shape of the eyes/nose/mouth is just so specific. Anyway good luck searching for that one
