QUICK SUMMARY: I have made a Discord server that you are welcome to join. If that's all you need, then click with my blessing. If you'd like to know a bit more, read on.

This server is going to be focused on preserving the culture of curiosity, discussion, and discovery around weird and especially NSFW projects. Here is who I think might be interested in making use of this server:

  • People who regularly post digital artwork, particularly those who post NSFW or suggestive artwork
  • People who enjoy surfacing and discussing obscure media, particularly obscure NSFW media
  • People who develop, stream, or otherwise significantly engage with games, particularly porn games
  • People who enjoy playing about, sharing, and discussing porn games (people who might be the target audience for the Adult Analysis Anthology, for instance)
  • People who enjoyed the weird screenshots and dumb jokes I posted over on @zippity. I'll be posting them here now.
  • People who are interested in @BPGames projects but who don't want to sign up for a monthly newsletter or add the website's blog to an RSS reader (website pending). This is not going to be a BP-Games-centric zone, but I'll be crossposting things like development updates, sales, and new projects. It'll also be a good place to keep an eye on for information about collaborative projects like AAA!
  • People who want to seek out other creators to collaborate with on projects or to make things like webrings and blogrolls.
  • People who just generally like chatting and discussing NSFW things in addition to not-NSFW things because we're grownups and have varied interests and would like a place where that's still possible after Cohost turns the lights out.

If that sounds like a place you'd like to be a part of, come on in! And if you have any comments, concerns, or questions, please let me know in the comments.

Something I'd really enjoy is hearing from people who've read the 2nd issue of AAA - what was your favorite essay? Are there any passages that stuck out to you as especially memorable? Do you have any feedback for future issues - formatting type stuff, or topics you might like to see covered? Do you want to specifically say nice things about my review of Subverse, which I worked very very hard on? Feel free to drop a comment here, write a review on Itch, or if you'd like to be anonymous about it you can always drop me an ask.

Issue #2 of the Adult Analysis Anthology is locked and loaded. It's a beast - 73 pages long, over 24,000 words (30 pages and over 10,000 words longer than the first issue, for comparison). I'm going to wait until tomorrow to hear back from a couple people who got the "Special Thanks" perk to see if they want different names in the anthology, and then I'll send out pdfs to all the Indiegogo backers. Official launch will probably come Friday of next week. Wheeeeeee

That's right! Fewer than 12 hours remain for you to support the fundraiser! Although we've hit our goal, every contribution on top of the minimum goes towards paying our writers more for their work! If you'd still like to help out (or would just like your name in our "Special Thanks" section), now is the time to contribute!

And, in case you missed it, check out this thread I made over the past few days where I go into detail about why I'm personally excited about all of the essays for this issue!
