You have been visited by the feline of fortune! A feeling of prosperity washes over you.
I started this project back in mid September, but it got pushed to the wayside for a long time. Hooo boy, there’s nothing like picking up a 3 month old project to realize how much you’ve improved. I had to redo my retopo completely because I evidently had no idea how edgeflow worked 3 months ago, ahaha!
There’s a slight stutter on the animation loop that I couldn’t figure out how to fix. It’s hardly noticeable, but it bothers me… >:1
(Current day Blue says it was an interpolation curve issue! This gif is actually a remaster that I made but never posted anywhere.)
There’s also that weird dark shadow above the tail that I couldn’t resolve. I think it has to do with geometry there clipping into itself, but it was too late to change that. Oh well.
(Current day Blue has no idea why that shadow is there either.)
Regardless, I learned a lot on this project, and it’s really cool to have such a clear example of how much I’ve improved in 3 months. :D
