His name is Farekhyr Aezir. However, since that name is an absolute disaster for most people to pronounce, he just wants to be called Wick. Khyr also works, which is pronounced like “kheer.”

I wanted to get in some lite perspective practice, so I figured Squid would be a great candidate for it since they’re so simple. However, I realized that since they’re really bottom heavy because all their weight gets pulled downward with gravity it counteracts the foreshortening…. so it just looks like they’ve got straight, short legs. :’)

Fun fact: When I revived them as a character back in January, one of my biggest motivations to do so was because I always remembered their big, toothy smile. There’s just something about it that I love so much, and it was making me smile the entire time I was drawing this.

Although technically Squid here doesn’t have to be human, and the AU is just that their shape shifting is less restricted… Possibilities.
