I honestly have no idea what this question is for. Is it for records? I have no good answer. Gender presentation maybe? I lean femme, but I wouldn't go so far as to say "female". Is it for health? Which kind? Are you asking if I have a penis? Why not just ask "Do you have a penis"? Are you asking about hormone profile? etc
