ty!!!!! (and my friend had said something similar about me giving up a gimmick as seemingly intentional as this, eheh. and tbf, my ”placeholder pfp“ was fun and aesthetic for a while, but, like... yeh, i just really wanted to be an animal, so bloop (bloop).
in your case, i can see your longrunning pfp gimmick feeling like a bigger sacrifice — but really, i'd definitely prioritize whichever brings more joy for you!!! like, i'm definitely going to be feeling more positive emotions when i look at my pfp now, eheh.)
