I use an 18qt roaster and fill it with 8-9 pounds of beef (i prefer heart but anything works) five 32oz cartons of beef broth, 2 bags of frozen onions, 4 bags of frozens peas and carrots, 1 bag of frozen broccoli, a pound of kale, bok choy, nappa cabbage and mushrooms all puréed and mixed in, then any seasonings you like.
Cook at 350 for 6 hours
At the end of the 6 hours add a cup of beef blood with the heat still on and stir for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat, its ready to eat ^,.,^
