... to start a positive sentence with the more negative "no".

For example: "Nei, så hyggelig å se deg igjen!" = "No, how lovely it's to see you again!", "Nei, det var moro!" = "No, that was fun!", "Nei du ser jo fantastisk ut!" = "No, you look fantastic!" or "Nei, det blir en fin tur!" = "No that will be a nice trip!"

Is this exclusive to Norway (or Scandinavia) by any chance or do you guys have any similar funzies? =)
